Allow low-delay media relay (without transcoding) when the joined call legs have compatible codecs. This mode is only available on SBC units when:
*The SBC is enabled
*The calls are on SBC-protected VLANs (the port ranges assigned to the NAPs are on SBC-protected IP interfaces)
