Introduction
This guide is intended to help Toolpack user to configure a SIP to ISDN Gateway.
This guide assumes the following:
- Toolpack version is v2.4.
- Toolpack is already installed and running on the host.
- The system contain 1 SIP provider and 1 ISDN provider.
- Routing: All incoming SIP calls are bridged to ISDN and all incoming ISDN calls are bridged to SIP.
- CDR will be saved using Toolpack text CDR
Before starting
Here is a list of mandatory information that the user must know before configuring Toolpack:
ISDN
- Line Interface(s) type and parameters (T1, E1, DS3, STM-1).
- Line Service(s) type and parameters.
- ISDN stack(s) variant(s).
- Network side: User or network.
SIP
- SIP IP address(es) (IP address of your system where the SIP signaling will be incoming).
- SIP provider(s)/consumers IP address(es) (remote IP address).
- SIP port (default:5060).
- SIP port type: UDP or TCP (default: UDP).
