There are ways to retrieve the text cdr.
Retrieve Text CDR Manually
The user can manually fetch the CDR files using software here are suggestions:
- scp (for Linux)
- Filezilla (for Windows)
Text CDR Default Location
- Linux:
- /lib/tb/toolpack/setup/12358/cdr_logs/
- Windows:
- C:\TelcoBridges\tb\toolpack\setup\12358\cdr_logs\
Retrieve Text CDR Automatically
It is possible to configure the Tmedia to send the cdr files automatically to a remote host.
