The replacement of a standalone TMG3200 is comprised of three parts: • Removing the defective unit
• Installing the replacement unit
• Startup

Removing the Defective Unit
Click licenses -> license download
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device
Click "Download" for version of your choice
Installing the Replacement Unit
Click licenses -> Loan Extension
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device and click "Extend" for "Extend a loan temporary license for a period of 10 days"
Once completed, click "Download" for version of your choice
Starting Up the TMG3200
Click licenses -> Spare Activation
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device and click "Activate" for "Activate a spare part temporary licence of 30 days"
Once completed, click "Download" for version of your choice
Restoring a Backup Copy of a Database
Click licenses -> Temporary License
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device and click "Extend" for "Extend a loan temporary license for a period of 10 days"
Once completed, click "Download" for version of your choice
