The control network is the Ethernet network used by Toolpack to control the Toolpack applications and the Tmedia hardware products.
TMG
On TMG product, there is 1 control network interface. The Control Network interface is on 172.31.1.2 interface. For TMG800 and TMG3200, it is eth1 interface. For TMG5800, it is the eth2 interface.
TMP
TMP800
On TMP800 product, there is 1 control network interface. It is the eth-1 on the back of the device.
TMP6400/TMS1600
On the TMP6400 and TMS1600, there are 2 control network interfaces available. They are labeled eth1 and eth2 on the back of the devices.
