Prerequisite

Prior to replacing hardware, you must have the following:

Phillips screwdriver

TMG3200 Installation guide

Retrieve spare license

1- log in License server

2- Access with your account id and password provided by TB Support.

3- Click "Activate Spare"

Backup your system configuation

To learn more about how to a database backup:

Note: The database backup should be done and stored at a safe place regularly
