This flag specifies whether it is manadatory to receive ASP_ID in an ASPUP message. As per RFC 4666 it also specifies whether it is manadatory to receive ASP_ID in the ASPUP Ack on the IPSP.
- None: No ASP Id validation or insertion
- Rx: ASP Id needs to be present in ASPUP messages
- Tx: Send ASP Id in ASPUP messages
- Rx+Tx: ASP Id needs to be present in ASPUP messages and it is sent in ASPUP messages
