Prerequisite

Prior to replacing hardware, you must have the following:

Phillips screwdriver

TMG3200 Installation guide

Retrieve spare license

1- log in License server

2- Access with your account id and password provided by TB Support.

3- Download license

  • If the unit is a spare, Click "Activate Spare"
  • If the unit is regular, Click "Download"
