The timeslot rate parameter (TimeslotRate) indicates the rate of the timeslots included in the link.
The following values are allowed:

| 64 Kbps | Timeslot signaling rate to 64 Kbps |
| 56 Kbps | Timeslot signaling rate to 56 Kbps |
