When creating a MTP2 link, a number of additional, more advanced parameters can be specified:
- Max Outstanding Frames
- Proving Emergency
- Max Frame Length
- Discard Frame In Congestion
- Signal Unit Error Rate Threshold
- Alignment Error Rate Emergency Threshold
- Maximum Alignment Attempt
- Flow Control Number Of Message Start
- Flow Control Number Of Message End
