The following operating systems are supported by Toolpack. With each of these operating systems, Toolpack have pre-requisites that need to be installed to work properly. For Unix-based systems, it may involve replacing some standard packages with either custom packages or specific versions of packages which may change the original distribution.

It is strongly advised to follow the pre-requisite guides from the toolpack installation guides when installing an operating system that will host the Toolpack software suite.

CentOS

  • CentOS 7 64-bit
  • CentOS 5.7 32-bit
  • CentOS 5.7 64-bit
  • CentOS 5.5 32-bit
  • CentOS 5.5 64-bit

Important note: TelcoBridges offers RPM repositories with the appropriate packages and patches to run the Toolpack software suite. Although these repositories were originally based on the CentOS official distribution, the package additions and patches now make them specific to TelcoBridges. These are not endorsed nor supported by CentOS or any of its affiliate. Support and maintenance is done by TelcoBridges.

RedHat

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7

RedHat has the same software as CentOS. CentOS distribution for Toolpack is also applicable for RedHat systems.
