GSM-FR, also known as Full Rate, is a compression standard used in GSM mobile networks.
TelcoBridges and GSM-FR
TelcoBridges supports GSM-FR encoding and decoding. Due to patents, a software license is required to use it in a production environment.
The following options are available:
- packet durations of 20 and 30 ms
- one bit rate is available: 13 kbps
