This article shows how to upgrade a TMG software version from v2.5 to v2.6.

Warning: Major upgrades require service interruption.

Warning: Due to unicode incompatibility between old versions of MySQL connectors (included in Toolpack) with the up-to-date MySQL server from Centos 5.7, it is recommended to first update to a 2.5 release later than 2.5.110. It will ensure that the system can be rolled-back properly once CentOs 5.7 is installed. This is valid only for HA systems (i.e. involving two TMG7800-CTRL) running on CentOs and all TMG products.

WARNING: This procedure requires internet access
