Ip teaming or Ip bonding is a way to double the network bandwidth of a device(like a host), it also adds redundancy to the network. In a nutshell it allows 2 Ethernet cards to have the same Ip address.

Therefore if one of the 2 Ethernet cards fails, the other continues to function without even changing the Ip address.

Warning TelcoBridges products doesn't support this feature. TelcoBridges products can't work with a host configure with Ip Teaming in the system. TelcoBridges products uses 2 network interfaces to achieve the same goal.
