Parameter: Node Type

The Node Type parameter is used to assign a configuration to an M3UA network. Values for this parameter are chosen from a drop-down list. The Node Type parameter can take on the following values:

  • Signaling Gateway Process (SGP)
  • Application Server Process (ASP)
  • IP Server Process (IPSP)
