Parameter: Relay Unknown H248 Parameters

MEGACO behaves as a relay regarding the parameters; it passes parameters received from the line transparently and the user may send parameters to the line using a second buffer, possibly including unknown or unexpected parameters. It does not consider erroneous unknown or unexpected parameters received from the line.
