Configure IP Network

Configure IP Address & Virtual Port.

  • Virtual Port Configuration:
    • 1. Name: GW_Internal:
      • VLan ID: 3999 Physical
      • Port: Voip0, Voip1
      • Note: It is recommended to use vLan ID 3999 for the internal network (not required on the external switches).
    • 2. Name: Public_IP_VLan250:
      • VLan ID: 250
      • Port: Voip0, Voip1
      • Note: This is the external network vLan that must be configured on the external switch.
  • IP Interface Configuration:
    • 1. Name: GW_Internal
      • Virtual Port: GW_Internal
      • IP Address: 192.168.217.1
      • Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
      • Gateway: 192.168.217.1
      • Service: Management
    • 2. Name: Radius Internal
      • Virtual Port: GW_Internal
      • IP Address: 192.168.217.2
      • Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
      • Gateway: 192.168.217.1
      • Service: H.248 / Radius
    • 3. Name: Voip_Internal
      • Virtual Port: GW_Internal
      • IP Address: 192.168.217.3
      • Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
      • Gateway: 192.168.217.1
      • Service: RTP, SIP, Sigtran.
    • 4. Name: All_Public_250
      • Virtual Port: Public_IP_VLan250
      • IP Address: X.X.X.X (Public IP Address)
      • Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
      • Gateway: X.X.X.X
      • Service: Management (Notes: We have to put management , but is used for all services)
Configure NAT
  • NAT Configuration:
    • Advanced Networking -> NATs -> Create New Internal NAT
      • Name: Internal NAT
      • Local Gateway IP Interface:[Unit]:GW_INTERNAL
      • Public Interface: [Unit]:ALL_PUBLIC_250
    • Advanced Networking -> NATs -> Create New NAT Traversal
      • Name: PUBLIC_IP
      • Method:Force Public IP
      • Public IP Address: X.X.X.X [Public IP]
  • Create NAT Traversal
  • Create Internal NAT
Configure SIP Configure SIGTRAN Configure H.248 Configure RADIUS
  • Configure SIP
    • IP range parameters:
      • Name: PORT_RANGE_VOIP
      • IP Interface: VOIP_ADDRESS
      • Minimum Port: 20000
      • Maximum Port: 30000
    • SIP transport server parameters:
      • Port: 5060
      • IP Interface: VOIP_ADDRESS
    • SIP NAP parameters:
      • Proxy Address: X.X.X.X
      • Port Range: PORT_RANGE_VOIP
  • When you Configure H.248, set the following:
    • Local IP Address and Public IP Address: X.X.X.X

[Public IP or NAT public IP]

  • When you Configure RADIUS, set the following:
    • Source IP interface: RADIUS_100
    • Radius -> Radius Server
    • Public IP Address: Empty
