Parameter: IsupNetwork T4 Timer

This timer activates on receipt of MTP-STATUS primitive with the cause "inaccessible remote user". On timeout a user part test (UPT) message is sent. Allowed values are from 100ms to 6500000ms. A value of 0 deactivates the timer.
