Parameter: SS7: Default Backward Call Indicator enforce mask

Mask that selects how the default backward call indicator is applied:
- Bits with mask of 0 will may be modified by Toolpack when appropriate (according to bridge with outgoing leg and call conditions, Toolpack will modify bits AB, I, K, N and M)
- Bits with mask of 1 will not be modified by Toolpack, default value above will be used
