NAP Configuration

SIP Domain Configuration

  • See Create a SIP domain
    • Here domain name will be FQDN of the 3CX server. In our example, it will be telcobridges.3cx.ca

Route Configuration

  • In most cases, ProSBC will be required to route SIP calls (SIP Invite) to registered users. This is done by creating appropriate routes
  • 3CX wants to see its FQDN in all messages. Please enable forward_sip_domain in the route settings.
