Introduction

NAP Configuration
- See Create SIP NAP and Create Open NAP
- Here, SIP NAP will be 3CX NAP and Open NAP will be from Remote Clients
SIP Domain Configuration
- See Create a SIP domain
- Here domain name will be FQDN of the 3CX server. In our example, it will be telcobridges.3cx.ca
Route Configuration
- In most cases, ProSBC will be required to route SIP calls (SIP Invite) to registered users. This is done by creating appropriate routes
- 3CX wants to see its FQDN in all messages. Please enable forward_sip_domain in the route settings.
