FreeSBC:Skype for Business

Introduction

This Configuration Note describes how to set up Telcobridges FreeSBC for interworking between ITSP’s SIP Trunk and Microsoft’s Skype for Business Server 2015 environment using TCP only.

NOTE: SIP Trunk use G.711 in this test. There is no transcoding available. This documentation only describes how to configure FreeSBC with S4B using TCP.

FreeSbc is capable to connect your IP-PBX to Skype for low-cost VoIP calls using the Skype Connect. This is a simple how-to connecting FreeSBC to Skype.

Prerequisites

• FreeSBC devices must be installed as described in their respective with release 3.1.x. Release 3.0.x is not supported for TCP connections installation guides.
• Skype for Business 2015.For additional information on Skype for Business 2015, visit Microsoft
